The sun lingers as if to say,
for just a tiny moment, I wish I could stay
before my rays, my warmth must depart
to gather tomorrow’s flowers from nightly dreams
and sprinkle in mountain meadows
and morning beams
Thanks for stopping by! (Flowers is from my newest
book ‘When Shall the Butterfly Rest’ available on Amazon )
